About Lucky Hunch
We describe our work as “speculative facilitation.” What we mean by that is we do facilitative work that is often experimental. We believe that any facilitative work is somewhat speculative, and it is certainly unpredictable—that’s why we like it.
Over our years of practice with groups, we have learned to hold open the space for generative relationships to develop and novelty to emerge. Groups become more comfortable with complexity and follow hunches that reliably deliver surprising results.
